Junior Leader Responsibilities To The Troop
Scouts and Parents,
In addition to the descriptions of each of the leadership roles
within a Boy Scout Troop we would like for you to know the responsibilities for
each of the positions as we want you to be able to make an informed decision as
a family regarding which position(s) would be best for you. Many boys within the Troop will have a
leadership position and we want to ensure that you are serving in a role that
you not only understand, but are willing to do your best.
If your leadership position requires that you be at the Troop

meeting in order to meet with the Scoutmaster and Asst. Scoutmasters to make
final preparations for the meeting.
